JLL General Manager in Clyde Hill, Washington

As the General Manager (GM), you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients, while managing a office portfolio. You will be responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will also be responsible for the following: Create and oversee budgeting. Work with engineering and clients to project future needs (Capital projects, improvements, etc.) Oversee team of engineers and PA. Monitor and oversee capital projects on property. Review / approve all expenses (Yardi Payscan). Assuring that budget expectations are maintained. Coordinate projects, meetings, changes affecting ownership Lead annual budget meeting with owners and annual Association meeting. Work with the other property management teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction Review proposals and initiate work orders or contracts. You will be an excellent communicator (both written and verbal) to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree a plus Minimum of three (3) - five (5) years of commercial property management experience including recent experience managing office properties Must have strong financial acumen and experience preparing budgets, CAM reconciliations, and other types of related financial reports Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiation, documentation and administration Must have at least (3) years of management experience Washington State Real Estate license required.
