Job Description

An employer is looking for an Orders Writer to sit at Fort Meade. This candidate will be joining a team of 4 other writers that are responsible for developing and writing daily cyber tasking orders. These orders will be to provide weekly operational updates of synthesize inputs from directorates and Manage compliance, correspondences (e.g., POA&Ms, RMF charts) resulting from orders and directives.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or master's degree with 6 -- 10 years of prior relevant experience.

 Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security +ce.

 Knowledge of the DoD orders process for technical development, transmission, and tracking orders like Tasking Order (TASKORD); Execute Order (EXORD); Fragmentary Order (FRAGORD); Warning Order (WARNORD) and Alert Order (ALERTORD); General Administration (GENADMIN); or

Technical understanding in some of the following areas: network communication using TCP/IP protocols, basic system administration, basic understanding of cyber security threats, malware (malware communication installation, or malware types), computer network defense, military action officer/staff officer functions. ITIL V3

Experience with DISA and DoD Networks.

Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership. null
