Job Summary

The Equipment & Maintenance Reliability Analyst assists the Process Reliability Coordinator with gathering and organizing data from the Company's maintenance program. This position's primary responsibilities are to enter information into appropriate data bases, utilize excel and other analytical tools to help intrepet data which is used to make reccomendations on improving efficiencies within our preventative maintenance and inventory control program.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Analyze equipment and maintenance data and review for accuracy.

  • Implement tools and methods to track and report relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and update process flow diagrams, process guides, change matrix, and supporting action plans per identified needs. Implement flow charting of existing process, gap identification, and new process design.

  • Assists with roll-outs of procedure manuals/processes.

  • Increase awareness and acceptance of Total Process Reliability (TPR) concepts and benefits by assisting with publicizing TPR activities, communicating iniatives, sharing measurable results, and championing the benefits of TPR with all levels of the organization.

  • Assist with coordinating the audit process including compiling/reporting audit reports and monitoring audit completions.

  • Occassionally visit worksites to observe/learn about process reliablity procedures, promote TPR activities, and reinforce the organizations TPR culture.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Project management experience is preferred.

  • High School diploma is preferred.
