Description:

The Center Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the PACE center which may include day

center, rehabilitation, social work, dietary and recreation; supervision of assigned interdisciplinary team (IDT) staff;

and the provision of services to participants of the PACE program.

Position Purpose: As the Center Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our PACE center, ensuring participants receive top-notch care and support. Your role involves overseeing various departments, leading interdisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional services to our program participants.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the center, prioritizing participant needs and fostering coordination among departments.

  • Lead interdisciplinary team meetings, facilitating effective care planning and problem-solving.

  • Contribute to staffing strategies and participate in colleague selection and orientation.

  • Play an active role in Quality Assessment and Process Improvement activities.

  • Collaborate in budget planning and performance analysis with the executive team.

  • Coordinate participant trials and liaise with clinical leaders to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Stay engaged with technology integration for enhanced member care.

  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and celebrating achievements.

  • Prepare for regulatory surveys and contribute to corrective action plans as needed.

  • Uphold compliance with federal and state regulations governing PACE operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.

  • Five years of supervisory/administrative experience in healthcare, preferably in managed care.

  • At least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations, or willingness to undergo training.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage conflicts and make decisive decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of electronic systems.

  • High degree of accountability, organizational agility, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain exceptional customer service.

  • Proficiency in research, analysis, and critical thinking.
