Description We are offering an opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in Murfeesboro, Tennessee. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing light inventory tasks, shipping and receiving in an office environment. This role also requires proficiency in technical skills such as MS Excel and Quickbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle light inventory tasks in an office setting.

• Manage shipping and receiving processes.

• Ensure efficient data entry and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Utilize ERP Solutions and Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks.

• Offer excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

• Proficiently use MS Excel and Quickbooks for inventory management.

• Display skills in Shipping & Receiving for smooth operations. Requirements

• Proficiency in use of ERP Solutions for inventory management

• Must be technically savvy and able to pick up new systems quickly.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks

• Knowlege of shipping products both domestically and internationally a plus.

• Data entry skills for updating and maintaining inventory records

• Experience in shipping and receiving tasks related to inventory management

• Excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate inventory counts

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills for effective team collaboration

• Willingness to perform physical tasks related to inventory handling when necessary
