Research laws, court decisions, opinions and other legal authority and prepare reports for attorneys advising on best legal options. Assist attorneys with company formation and drafting company documentation such as operating agreements, bylaws, written actions, etc. Research and draft memoranda for attorneys regarding general corporate matters including directors' liability, intellectual property and comparative jurisdictional analysis with European jurisdictions. Provide research and support for attorneys working on M&A transactions, conducting due diligence and drafting appropriate documents. Prepare trademark applications for attorney review and filing with various regulatory bodies. Assist in drafting commercial contracts and privacy policies. Assist in drafting real estate contracts for in-bound investor purchasing US properties. Telecommuting is available.
